The Space
Palm to Peak Retreat is a newly built home in the ELAN community at the south end of Palm Springs, a short walk from downtown & near South Lykken & Tahquitz Canyon trailheads, available for monthly stays (28-night minimum) w/ all utilities included. Two king suites plus a casita bedroom/office w/ queen pull-out, each w/ en-suite bath, plus powder room. Private cocktail pool (heating optional) & heated spa, rooftop patio w/ mountain views. Community pool, spa, bocce and dog park. Dog-friendly.

THE HOUSE
Newly built at the south end of downtown, Palm to Peak Retreat pairs modern luxury with Palm Springs design pops, from the private pool and spa on the ground floor to the spacious patio up top, all framed by the San Jacinto and Santa Rosa Mountains.
Inside you'll find a wall-mounted 4K TV in the living room, a record player, a fully equipped kitchen and dining for 6. Glass doors open straight onto the courtyard.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, a walk-in closet, a TV and 100% cotton percale Brooklinen linens.
- Upstairs primary suite: king bed, large TV, en-suite with walk-in shower and make-up vanity, and access to the rooftop patio.
- Downstairs primary suite: king bed with poolside access and views, en-suite with double vanity and walk-in shower.
- Casita bedroom/office: off the pool through glass sliders, with a desk and chair set up for remote work, a queen pull-out sofa, wall-mounted TV and en-suite with walk-in shower.
A guest powder room makes 3.5 baths in total.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the home, private grounds, private pool and spa, elevated patio, and the ELAN community amenities, including the heated community pool and spa (open 6 AM–10 PM), bocce ball court and dog park. Self check-in via a smart lock through a private entrance. A Host With The Most team member will greet you at the home within 24 hours of arrival. Free on-premises parking is available for up to three cars.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Guests booking this home must be 25 years or older. Before arrival, the booking guest must complete an online rental contract acknowledging the rental guidelines and rules, and provide a photo of their government-issued ID.
HOUSE RULES
- All reservations must be a minimum of 28 nights.
- This home allows a maximum of 6 adults/kids.
- Parties and events are not permitted.
- No more than 3 cars may be parked at this home during your stay.
- Well-behaved dogs allowed with additional pet fee. Sorry, no cats or other pets.
- All noisy activities must be taken inside by 10 PM to respect community quiet hours and to be good neighbors.
We reserve the right to immediately cancel any guest stay without a refund if any of the rental rules are violated.

POOL & SPA
Pool heating is an additional $65 per night of your visit. Please note that applicable processing fees will be added to the pool-heating cost and displayed for your review before payment is completed. Spa heating is included with your stay. The ELAN community pool and spa are open 6 AM–10 PM.
CHILDREN
This home is not childproofed: cabinets are not secured, the pool and spa do not have child locks, and there are many breakable items. Adults traveling with well-behaved children are welcome, but children must be fully supervised at all times; the home is not advertised or guaranteed as child-safe or childproof.
CLEANING
Mid-stay cleanings are required a minimum of every 14 days of any guest stay, and include a full linen turnover and amenities refresh. One mid-stay cleaning is included with every reservation as a community fee; any additional mid-stay cleanings are billed separately every 14 days after that.

My husband and I spend our time in the mountains and in the desert. We ski, trail run, and paddle as often as we can. Our travel adventures tend to involve trail running, hiking and skiing. And we especially love sharing the places we live with our guests.Amenities
